Questions

Frequently asked

What is a credit?

1,000 credits = $1. Every AI request settles against published model rates, and every line is in your ledger.

How does the free trial work?

Save a card to get 2,000 AI credits and 5 compute hours for 14 days. Nothing is charged, and the trial never turns into a paid plan on its own. One trial per person and per card.

What does paying yearly change?

You pay for ten months and get twelve. Allowances still reset every month, so a yearly plan gives you the same monthly credits and hours.

How does Team work?

Team is billed per seat, from two seats. Every seat adds its credits and hours to one pool the whole team draws from. People join by email invitation, and workspaces, agents and keys are shared.

Do unused allowances roll over?

No. Monthly allowances reset every month, also on a yearly plan. Purchased credits are different: they never expire.

What happens when an allowance runs out?

The service stops spending, and you get an email at 80% and when it runs out. Turn overage on so purchased credits pay at the rates on this page, and turn on automatic top-ups so you never run dry.

Can I use my own provider keys?

Yes, with any plan or during the trial. Requests on your own keys cost no credits: your provider bills you directly.

Is network traffic included?

Yes, within fair use: every plan includes ample egress for normal development work. Only unusually large transfers beyond it are charged, and only with overage on.

Do idle workspaces cost compute?

Idle workspaces stop themselves, so compute stops. Disk above the plan's included amount is billed per second whether the workspace runs or not.
